2014年度福岡県人会夏季バーベキュー大会のご案内

爽やかな天気が続いていますが、皆様お元気ですか？この夏も、恒例の夏季バーベキュー大会を開催いたします。 会員の皆様には是非ご参加下さい。また、ご家族や福岡県出身者又は福岡県にゆかりのあるお友達がいらっしゃいましたら、ぜひお誘い下さい。

 

日時：2014年7月27日（日）午後12:00~ (雨天決行)
会場：日系プレース（日系ガーデン及びロビー）
6688 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby 604-777-7000

  • 参加費：無料（BBQ及びポップ等は県人会で準備）
  • サラダ、アペタイザー、ご飯類、デザートなど持込み大歓迎です。
  • 日系ガーデンの芝生上で遊べるものがあればお持ち下さい。なお、スイカ割り等はできませんのでご了承下さい。

準備の都合上、出席される方は７月２２日までに、参加人数をご連絡下さい。

福岡県からのお知らせ

  • 来年度（2015年4月〜2016年３月）海外福岡県人会県費留学生の申し込み者を募集中です。申し込み締め切りは８月２９日ですが、ご興味が有る方は、書類準備の関係上、7月15日までに清田までお知らせ下さい。
  • 海外福岡県人高齢者敬老祝贈呈対象者推薦依頼が来ています。対象者は2014年12月31日時点で、満80歳、満88歳、満95歳、満99歳、又は満100歳以上の方です。対象者、又は対象者をご存知の方は7月31日までに清田までお知らせ下さい。
  • ３年毎に実施されている海外県人会長逝者慰霊祭のため、長逝者の調査を実施中です。県人会会員で2013年6月1日から2014年５月31日までに亡くなられた方が対象です。対象者をご存知の方は、7月31日までに清田までご連絡下さい。

Fukuoka Kenjinkai Annual Summer BBQ 2014

昨年のバーベキュー大会の模様は　こちら　です。

Summer has come! We are holding a summer barbeque as usual, and all of you are cordially invited!

Please bring yourself, your family, and friends, especially those who are from or have some connection to Fukuoka. See you all there!

  • Time:   Sunday, July 27, 2014, 12:00AM ~ (rain or shine)
  • Place:   Nikkei Place (Nikkei Garden and Lobby)
  • 6688 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby 604-777-7000
  • Fee:     Free. Food for BBQ and pops will be provided by Kenjinkai
  • Any additional food to share (appetizers, salads, rice, desert, etc.) is welcome.

 

For preparation purposes, please inform us how many of you are joining by July 22.

Announcements from Fukuoka Prefecture

  • The prefecture is accepting applications for the Study Abroad for Descendants of Immigrants from Fukuoka in 2015/2016. The deadline is August 29. If interested, please contact Masaru Kiyota by July 15. Details and application documents will be provided then.
  • The prefecture celebrates and awards the longevity of senior Fukuoka kenjin overseas every year, who turned or are turning exactly 80, 88, 95, 99, 100, or over 100 between January 1 and December 31, 2014.  If you or your family member is eligible, please inform Masaru Kiyota by July 31.
  • The prefecture is conducting a survey of Fukuoka Kenjinkai members overseas who deceased between June 1, 2013 and May 31, 2014 for a memorial service held every three years.  If your family member passed away during the period, please inform Masaru Kiyota by July 31.
